Letter from the Executive Director

As summer rolled into fall and passed the Jewish High Holy Days, JCGC has been hard at work! We hosted our final lecture in our quarterly series, welcomed visitors and congregation groups during the holidays, and marked veterans’ graves in the Montgomery Cemetery. We’ve also been doing extensive work on the Kneseth Israel Cemetery, with more remaining to be done over the winter and into the spring. Stay tuned for updates and a date for a rededication!

Meanwhile, internally, JCGC has been hard at work for several months on a Strategic Plan. Board and Task Force member Karen Zanger prepared this overview of the work to date and what’s upcoming. As our Strategic Planning process is driving JCGC’s evolution, we want to keep this newsletter brief and focus on sharing our process to date.

In service of our mission,
David Harris
Executive Director
