Jewish Cemeteries of Greater Cincinnati Announces New Signage Program
CINCINNATI, OH, December 4, 2008 – Jewish Cemeteries of Greater Cincinnati (“JCGC”) announced today that it will be implementing a new signage program in all its cemeteries to reflect its new logo and to signify the new identity of the 22 cemeteries that joined JCGC in 2008.
The first new signs will be installed this winter in the Covedale and Price Hill locations, where 17 of the cemeteries are located. Next spring the signage program will be completed with installations at the Walnut Hills, Clifton, Montgomery and Hamilton cemeteries.
The new signage will incorporate each cemetery’s historic name with the JCGC logo. “It’s important to preserve the historic nature of each cemetery while, at the same time, recognizing the important community partnership that JCGC represents,” stated David Hoguet, JCGC’s Executive Director.
